Village Welcomes New Deputy Clerk Linda Piccirilli

The Village of Plandome Manor is pleased to welcome Linda Piccirilli, who joined the Village staff in June 2026 as a part-time Deputy Clerk. Working two days per week, Linda assists with Building Department operations and provides general administrative support to the Village.

Linda brings more than 33 years of experience with the U.S. Department of State, where she served as a Program Manager for the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). Throughout her distinguished career, she managed professional exchange programs that supported U.S. foreign policy through public diplomacy and strengthened relationships with emerging leaders around the world.

You may already have heard Linda’s friendly voice answering the phone at Village Hall! The Village is delighted to welcome her to the team and looks forward to the experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm she brings to her new role.
