The purpose of the Design Review Board is:

To preserve the character and quality of the community by maintaining the integrity of the Village
To preserve the value of land and buildings
To protect and preserve the heritage of the village
To serve as a referral body with respect to the application of adopted design guidelines within the village

Any proposed exterior changes to properties located within the village must go through the DRB. Applications can be obtained under the Building Department tab or in the Village office. Please call the building inspector if you have any questions.

The DRB only meets if an application has been submitted to the Village Hall, on the 4th Thursday of the month at 7:00pm. Applications must be submitted 30 days prior to the meeting. The DRB does not meet in August.
