What Requires a Permit?
The Village of Plandome Manor requires permits for most alterations to homes, including replacing fixtures and infrastructure. The permit process ensures that all construction done within the Village meets all safety standards of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building code, as well as the Village Code and zoning requirements. Please call the Village before proceeding with any type of work to find out if a building permit is required.
