Board of Zoning Appeals

BZA Meeting –  June 23 – 7pm

Location: Village Office, 55 Manhasset Ave

Please take note of the Rules for Public Comment for BZA Hearings here.

They are responsible for hearing appeals from individuals who are requesting exceptions, modification or substitution of non-conforming uses as determined by Village ordinances in regard to land use and building requirements.

• The BZA serves as a quasi-judicial body created by New York State code.

The BZA only meets if an application has been submitted to the Village Office. Typically, meeting are held on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm, but the date is subject to change. Applications must be submitted 30 days prior to the meeting. The BZA does not meet in August.
